The fish in Sri Lanka come in all kinds of bright crazy colors and patterns. This one is inspired by a particular evening on the beach in Mirissa (Southern Sri Lanka) where fishmongers sell their colorful fish to restaurant goers right on the beach. You pick your fish and the restaurant cooks it for you right then and there. That night the beach was full of VERY happy tourists enjoying their fish dinners and copious cocktails. No doubt there were some well deserved hangovers the next morning! Seize the day! Live in the moment!
